Why do you sell Tempurpedic instead of similar knockoffs from other vendors?

  We established a long-term relationships with Tempur-Pedic in large part because of their dedication to educating our people on focusing our questions onto customer needs, identifying sleep issues and in uncovering hidden objections that the customer might not even be aware-of.  They have demonstrated their ability to meet those needs with a superior product that is almost completely devoid of returns.

  Tempur-Pedic is one of the highest customer-satisfaction products available in our industry, and their proprietary tempur material is the benchmark by which all visco products are measured.  Frankly, we have seen a lot of knockoffs, but have yet to see anything that matches their overall quality.

  We are also a proud supporter of their one-price policy which allows us to compete on service and customer care rather than on simply slashing the price after a lazy and uncaring presentation – which sadly happens so often in our industry. 

  We feel like it’s only a good deal if the product meets all customer needs, and that should be the focus instead of playing “Let’s Make a Deal” like what happens in stores where they’re less than dedicated to the customer’s well-being.  We don’t operate like a used-car lot, and Tempur-Pedic promotes an honest and educational approach to the sales process which we embrace.

  Another great aspect of our relationship with Tempur-Pedic is their ability to facilitate delivery nationwide for our customers moving into or out of our normal service areas, or who want to give it as a gift or have it delivered to a vacation home.
